Old Hotel Motel but very clean and tidy. Being updated. Food in the hotel amazing with great deals. Best steak we have tried anywhere in the country. Will be back to stay and enjoy the hospitality in this unique region.

Good budget option

The family room was good, two rooms interconnected, though it would have mad sense to have the adults queen bed in the room with netflix rather than the kids. The bathrooms were a bit run down but water pressure was good. The food was pretty average, everything came with chips and coleslaw and they had run out of quite a few meals.

The motel units are very dated and the one we were in had thread bare patches in the stained carpet, cracked tiles and rusted pipes in the bathroom with mismatched taps at the sink. All in all an unpleasant stopover that made us keen to get on the road the next morning..

Avoid like the plague.

All hotels in Southwest WA were booked out due to public holiday and long weekend. Only room was at this hotel. Arrived late (1030 pm) from Perth exhausted and ready for bed. Key in safe was to wrong room. Room was already occupied. Occupant not impressed. Banged on hotel door and rang number 15 times. Finally at 1130 pm, ex owner got out of bed let me into hotel and issued correct keys. Spoke to staff in morning and stated I wanted a refund. Was referred to manager. Has been one week. Still waiting for manager to call. I would have offered a refund out of embarrasment let alone professional courtesy. Due to long weekend price was elevated to a rudiculous $250 per night for a budget motel in a small town. However, I would happily have paid that if the service was commensurate with expense.

Good place for a quick stopover. Has what you need - comfy beds, hot shower etc. We had two nights there and it met our needs adequately. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was nice too. Reasonable selection and good settings. Old but comfortable for what we required.

Manager and staff were super rude. They do not offer wifi at the hotel it is a complete lie for them to then swear and carry on and be extremely rude. Terrible service. Rooms were basic and you can literally hear everything going on in the room next door. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Spotlessly Clean linen and towels and comfortable bed. The room is in desperate need of a complete renovation. Stained carpet, poor lighting, only two plastic chairs to sit on, and totally tired bathroom facilities. One basin to share for bathroom and kitchen, which is acceptable but basin needed replaced years ago and cupboard underneath it had a collapsed shelf and packet of mouse bait. Probably a nice stay many years ago but needs a massive cash injection to make it acceptable at any price.

The motel room was comfortable, with new reverse cycle air conditioner and comfortable bed, and spacious. It was quite dusty on the bedheads and the blinds needed repair, so they didn't block out all the light.

Had to wear footwear in the room to stop our feet getting black. Cutlery hadn’t been washed. Overhead light not working. Shower water could suddenly freeze or scald. No A/C. Dingy room. Clean sheets however.
