Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, dafür das Bad nicht allzu groß. Die Betten waren recht hart. Nicht weit bis zur Metro, in die Altstadt oder zu den Fähranlegern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in Richtung Hauptstraße, dadurch war es Nachts durch den Straßenverkehr etwas lauter - aber erträglich. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir zu diesem Preis statt Toastbrot wenigstens ein Brötchen gewünscht. Zusammenfassend: Unterkunft ist gut aber meiner Meinung nach doch etwas überteuert.

Really didn't enjoy our time here. Hotel is in a rough neighborhood, dirty, loud, and lots of graffiti. The mattress and pillows were hard as rocks, leaving us waking up with sore backs and headaches. Entry way to the building is very dirty too and poorly marked. The hotel asked us when we would arrive and we let them know, but then they decided to leave the front desk unmanned and the doors locked so we had no way of getting in. Instead they sent a message on whatsapp giving us instructions to get in. Problem was, we had no idea they were going to communicate that way so we didn't see the message till we had been wandering around the property and banging on the door for 20 minutes. Very frustrating. The room itself was fairly clean and moderately updated and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Lisa and the other staff member (I didn’t catch her name) were very accommodating during our stay. The hotel was very clean and felt safe. Check in was easy and quick. Staff even gave us breakfast to go because we had to leave for the airport early. Overall great stay!

Nice spacious and clean rooms with AC and large screen TV. WiFi was also good. Kettle in the room but with poor choice of teas and no coffee in room available No VIP perks offered at all. Breakfast was very basic with no vegan options or alternative milk. Even local specialties (like sfogliatelle) looked like pre-packaged/de-frosted ones, which is a shame in a city where every cafe offers wonderful pastries.

We arrived and there was bed bugs in our room. They blamed it on a previous guest. They showed us another room. That one had bed bugs as well. They said they would only refund us if we didn't say anything about it. They did nothing to help us find another hotel. DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL !
