The staff at this hotel were great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable and, during our stay, very quiet The breakfast is nice. For the price the hotel is a good value. Walking distance to Old Dubai City and the creek (to catch a boat to the souks across the river). Lots of good restaurant options. About a 10 min walk from the Metro, then 15 mins on the metro for the Burj and DIFC etc. Neighborhood is safe. Largely a residential area with a majority SE Asian population.

the property is old not clean, however, area convenient, staff nice, it is in the Burjuman area where many Indian gathers, shops and restaurants.
