The staff is very attentive, simple and always willing to serve. Reception should be though more warm and welcoming. It seems they work under some pressure. They should be trained to make the Balneário more welcoming. This is not a reprimand, but only a suggestion for management to improve the place.

Conveniente, mas com melhorias a serem feitas

O hotel nos colocou em um quarto ao lado do playground , mesmo não tendo crianca na família. O banheiro estava em condições desconfortaveis, com sujeira na janela e chuveiro pingando. O equipamento da academia não estava funcionando e o espaço não estava bem cuidado. A piscina coberta parecia abandonada, com iluminação improvisada a noite e vidros muito sujos. Pelo menos, o hotel tem localização conveniente com um tour de barco saindo do porto do hotel, o que tornou a experiência tambem conveniente e a equipe foi gentil e estendeu o horário de check-out.

O hotel oferece um atendimento excelente, com uma equipe atenciosa e cordial, além de ser bem organizado e limpo. No entanto, notei que algumas áreas do hotel, como o campo de futebol e as quadras de esportes, estavam meio abandonadas e necessitavam de manutenção, o que deixou uma impressão negativa. Outro ponto de atenção é a temperatura da água das piscinas externas, que estava extremamente gelada, mesmo em um dia de sol quente, o que desestimulou a maioria dos hóspedes a usá-las. Considerando que o hotel possui um parque aquático, seria interessante aquecer a água dessas piscinas para garantir uma experiência mais agradável.

O hotel é muito bom, mas tem algumas características que podem desagradar alguns como: o acesso (estrada) para chegar ao hotel é sofrível, estrada com pedregulho e de terra com muitos buracos; café da manhã somente a partir das 08:00 da manhã; não permitem checkout antecipado.
