The hotel staff's helpfulness and tolerance are excellent. For example, when I mentioned at check-in that I didn't have a hairdryer, they brought one for us that same day. Another highlight is the restaurant, located next to the grill and the sea; the food is excellent, the prices reasonable, and the setting exceptional.

What a beautiful place to stay. I'm english speaking and it would have been nice if they had at least 1 server who spoke English, but it's understandable. Bungalow was wonderfully laid out, beds were comfortable, and the facilities were beautiful.

The bungalows and the beach are nice (the beach is nice, but the water is always murky, though that is something common of the whole reason) but we had a poor experience overall. The main problems, as already shared by some other person: 1. While the rooms have air conditioning, the living room and kitchen space have no insulation on the roof, with visible open gaps between walls and roof, which makes these areas hot and it's not really possible to keep them cold; it also allows animals to enter 2. The window frames are completely open, they don't have actual window, so great and animals can enter 3. We had ants or similar on and under the beds, there was a bat in the living room 4. One night the bathroom mirror detached by itself from the wall and crashed against the sink and floor, as crazy add this sounds, really lucky nobody was in the bathroom at the time; it looks like it might have been due to bugs accumulating behind the mirror We left early because of all these issues. The place doesn't inspired confidence in being well maintenance. The staff was always helpful and to be fully transparent and fair, we got a refund for the nights we didn't stay, but nevertheless a bad aftertaste was left.

Gostei muito de me hospedar no Costa Dourada Village. A localização é otima, pé na areia, praia linda, chalé confortável, quartos com ar condicionado e camas boas. Dentro do condomínio tem um mercadinho para compras, super prático. O café da manhã é ótimo, restaurante praticamente pé na areia. Muito agradável o ambiente da piscina, a poucos passos do mar. Pontos a melhorar: ar condicionado na sala de estar,ou pelo menos, ventiladores. A ideia de ficar num chalé é para reunir a família, portanto um ambiente fresco na sala/cozinha é imprescindível. Outro ponto é o hotel oferecer o serviço de limpeza de acordo com a demanda do hospede. Mesmo pagando por fora, não é possível contratar o serviço de limpeza. Somente oferecem limpeza a cada quatro dias. No geral tive uma estada muito agradável, os funcionários são muito educados e o local é bem cuidado oferecendo um ambiente tranquilo para descansar a beira mar.

Estrutura nova e bem cuidada. Equipe simpática. Cama kingsize é um diferencial. Eduarda da tapioca muito simpática e atenciosa. Únicos contratempos são as quedas de energia constantes e mesmo colocando a placa de arrumação na porta do quarto, as camareiras não fazem a arrumação. Só se pedirmos . O bangalô é muito bom, bem conservado e com boa estrutura. Um dos grandes destaques é a área gourmet privativa bem em frente, que faz toda a diferença, com um excelente espaço para preparar um churrasco e aproveitar momentos em família. Para quem aprecia uma praia bonita e tranquila, o local é ideal. O acesso direto à praia proporciona a agradável sensação de estar em uma praia praticamente privativa, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial. O café da manhã é bom e é servido no restaurante à beira-mar, ao lado da piscina. O restaurante oferece um bom serviço, com pratos e petiscos saborosos. Como ponto de melhoria, o cardápio poderia ter mais opções, mas, no geral, atende bem. Como sugestão construtiva, seria excelente se a piscina fosse aquecida. Por estar bem em frente à praia e ao lado do restaurante/bar, isso permitiria aproveitar ainda mais o ambiente à noite — curtindo a piscina, o som das ondas e momentos em família - tornando a experiência ainda mais completa. Além disso, certamente aumentaria o movimento à noite e o faturamento do bar/restaurante. A equipe da recepção nos atendeu bem, sempre com cordialidade e disposição para ajudar. A equipe do restaurante também prestou um bom atendimento. O hotel está bem localizado, próximo às praias mais famosas de Maragogi. De carro, tudo é muito acessível e próximo ao hotel. O local é muito bonito e a área externa é bem cuidada, porém a experiência deixou a desejar em pontos essenciais. Faltam utensílios básicos na cozinha, como cafeteira, chaleira elétrica e forno, o que limita bastante o uso da estrutura. As TVs são pequenas e antigas. Um dos quartos não possuía tv, o que não condiz com o padrão esperado de hospedagens desse porte. O Wi-Fi praticamente não funcionava durante toda a estadia, o que acabou tornando impossível utilizar internet para qualquer atividade simples. Outro ponto importante é que o ar-condicionado está presente somente nos quartos. A sala/cozinha, que é onde as pessoas convivem, não possui climatização, o que torna o ambiente bastante desconfortável nos horários mais quentes. Também notamos a ausência de itens básicos de reposição e a grelha da área de churrasco estava danificada, precisando de substituição. Ou seja, o lugar tem uma boa estrutura visual, mas ainda precisa de melhorias essenciais para proporcionar uma estadia realmente confortável. Em resumo, tem um baixo custo benefício.

Vista deslumbrante, sensação de paz absoluta. Mar à frente espetacular. O restaurante tinha preços um pouco além do que se espera pro local. Os estofados do sofá da sala estavam um pouco sujos, garrafa térmica oxidada. Senti falta de um ventilador na sala, já que não tem ar condicionado.
