Had a lovely stay at Double Tree. On arrival we received a very warm welcome and presented with warm cookies which we thought was a lovely touch. The breakfast was really nicely presented with plenty of choice. We were visiting Hull to attend a concert, the location of the hotel was great for the venue. If we book another show would definitely go back.

Overall our stay was great, the room we stayed had a squashed sweet into the carpet near the bedside table and one of the chairs had something dirty on the back that was easily wiped which i did, breakfast was good as always. If i was to say one more thing for it being a Hilton the mattress was quite hard which i am not used to.

While more economical options were available nearby, I prioritized safety and security in my choice. The room was exceptional, featuring effective blackout curtains. Although we did not partake in the breakfast, it appeared to be an impressive spread, complementing the hotel's award-winning restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel; you will not be disappointed.

Hotel is very modern and clean. Very easy to walk to from Hull Train Station. Have stayed here a few times now. Less fussed about our afternoon tea booking at the Lexington, where we shared a room with a wedding reception, when our function was a 70th birthday. This wasn’t properly stated when we booked and impacted our enjoyment of the session.
