I have stayed at the Newcastle property on and off for the past 20+ years. Under the Days Inn name it is more modern and nicer. The gentleman who did the check in was very friendly, cordial and helpful. He took the time to explain things thoroughly. He was very nice and was definitely an asset to Days Inn.
