La habitación estaba limpia y las camas eran medianamente comoeas. la ubicación es excelente.El wifi es pesimo, no pude trabajar con la señal en ninguna parte del hotel, y aunque lo comenté varias veces con los recepcionistas, no hiceron nada para solucionar mi situación.

El colchón no es agradable ya que al moverse se sentía los resortes y una cubierta de plástico el cual te hacía sudar. Pésima experiencia en este hotel.

Durante nuestra estancia fuimos víctimas de un trato totalmente inaceptable por parte de José Luis en recepción. Desde el primer momento mostró una actitud grosera, levantó la voz y nos dirigió palabras ofensivas, haciéndonos sentir completamente incómodos. Nunca habíamos experimentado un servicio tan irrespetuoso en un hotel. Viajar debería ser sinónimo de descanso y buen trato, o al menos un trato respetuoso, pero aquí fue todo lo contrario. Si buscas un lugar donde te respeten como huésped, mi recomendación es que elijas otra opción.
