Depends which room you book. The first time we had a regular room which was small and had stairs to get to the door which was difficult with all our luggage. The second time I booked a suite and that was a much better experience. Breakfast was lovely and all the hotel staff were nice and helpful both times we stayed.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful, clean rooms. Fantastic location. Incredibly helpful and responsive staff. Breakfast a la carte options were fantastic. Breakfast buffet was not as vast as other hotels (even hotels that are comparably less posh), and the buffet was not restocked as effectively). That was the only minor issue. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
