Steps away from the TQ Centre, The boardwalk, the Beach, the Walled City, restaurants and bars.
Hotel/Apartment Krug is between the Gufo Apartments and the Fontana Hotel and Gastronomy. We had a bit of difficulty finding the exact building though we knew we were in the area. We called the number via WhatsApp and he verbally walked with us unti.

Excellent Stay at Apartments Krug! I had a wonderful stay at Apartments Krug. The apartment was very clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and all the main attractions in Budva, yet still quiet enough to relax. Our host, Nikola, was amazing—very welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Apartments Krug to anyone visiting Budva, and I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

The only problem we had was finding it as we were walking from the Bus Station and there appears to be a lack of street signs in Budva. Now we know it is located behind the Gufo hotel and by Fortuna Hotel and Gastronomy. It is within easy walking distance of the TQ Centre. When we were close we called on WhatsApp and we were literally walked in by phone. Excellent care and attention. We actually extended our stay here, excellent stay

A terrible experience

Very bad experience. Arrived at the property on Friday 2:12pm, and met the host Nikola, who claimed that the key to our sea view apartment with queen size & double bed had broken in the lock, and that the locksmith wouldn't be able to attend until Monday due to it being a weekend. Said he could put us up in an alternative apartment which had no view whatsoever (sandwiched between taller buildings), and only had 1 double bed. We accepted the apartment for the night being that we'd been travelling all day and were tired. The following morning I contacted Nikola to tell him that I was unhappy with the arrangement and would like a refund. He was very unhelpful, telling me to cancel through Hotels.com and they will process my refund and instructed us to vacate the apartment before 10:30am, which we complied with. However, when I tried to process my refund through Hotels.com, they advised that they were unable to do it as Nikola was refusing to comply. Nikola had lied to the Hotels.com team about the chain of events, claiming that I was only offered the room with no view because I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, and that he offered to move us to a room with a view which we declined. Nikola is a dishonest and untruthful character, who Hotels.com would do well to ban from their platform, so that he doesn't continue exploiting their platform users.

Wir haben im Apartment von Krug übernachtet und die Lage war wirklich sehr gut – nahe am Strand und der Promenade. Leider war die Sauberkeit ein großer Minuspunkt. Erst nach zwei Tagen kam eine Reinigungskraft, doch auch danach war es immer noch sehr dreckig. Unser 10 Monate altes Baby ist am Boden gekrabbelt und hatte danach schwarze Hände und Knie. Ein weiteres Problem war der Parkplatz: Zunächst bekamen wir einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage zugewiesen, doch als wir zurückkamen, war dieser besetzt. Nach kurzer Diskussion organisierte der Besitzer einen anderen Platz mit der Aussage, dass er „einer guten Kollegin gehört und wir dort bedenkenlos parken können“. Am nächsten Tag fanden wir jedoch einen Zettel am Auto, dass wir sofort wegparken sollen, da der Platz reserviert sei. Das führte dazu, dass wir selbst umorganisieren und uns sogar bei der Eigentümerin des Platzes entschuldigen mussten. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Host war schwierig – manchmal kam keine Antwort, obwohl er die Nachricht offensichtlich gesehen hatte. Sehr schade, denn die Lage des Apartments wäre eigentlich ideal. Leider für uns: Nie wieder.

Apartmanın konumu güzeldi, ama check in saatinde gittiğimizde oda temizliği devam ediyordu, havlular eksikti, duş ürünleri yoktu . Apartment olduğu için resepsiyon yoktu, ne yapacağımız konusunda bocaladık. Ev sahibi check out valizlerimizi bırakmamıza yardımcı oldu.

The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds, perfect location: short walk to restaurants, grocery store, shopping mall, beach. The most thoughtful and helpful staff. Lovely property but distaterous checking in. The contact number we were given didnt work so asked for help at a neighbouring hotel. They kindly phoned number and person they spoke to said she didnt work there anymore! She provided another number and a woman appeared after 20 mins to escort us over. As there was a language barrier, she couldnt help with our questions. On leaving next day there was no checking out information so left keys in flat post box. Very poor customer service
