The only negative we experienced was very early the 2nd morning of our stay the guests in the room above us stomped and ran back and forth between 5:30-7:00 am. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. I forgot my phone charger and when I got back to the hotel that evening I was on 4% battery. Trevor at the front desk let me borrow his personal phone charger without even a thought. His customer service not just myself but the other guests as I watched, was incredible. I used to work in the hotel business and I can tell you he is a quality employee and great person.
