Great little hotel in a great location. Room was very clean and the staff always friendly. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach. The main train station for Nice is one street over from the hotel. Tram stop to the airport is a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Very nice modern room attractively decorated with comfortable mattresses and a modern bathroom. Cleaning of the room was excellent. Breakfast was good, basic continental breakfast . I love staying here, the location is great if you wish to use the train station to travel to other towns. The staff are also incredibly helpful, they let us check in 5 hours early (free of charge) and helped with anything we asked for. The cleaners were also lovely any very efficient in cleaning the rooms. The beds were comfortable and shower pressure strong. This was my second stay here and I would certainly book this hotel again.
