We celebrated our 20 wedding anniversary here and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly...front desk, bellman, and all the waitresses at the pool. They greeted us with complimentary sparkling rose and gave us late check out. The best experience in such a beautiful place!

My experience at the Sands was hands down the best experience I’ve had in Palm Springs. I stayed during the week so my experience was peaceful and the environment was calm and exactly what I wanted for a little getaway. The room was beautiful, looked and felt very very clean, and I felt very safe staying here. Lastly but certainly not least, the amazing staff were so kind, friendly, and made me feel right at home in every space. Truly a perfect experience!

One of the most amazing stays I have ever had! The service was impeccable and the designer touches really elevated my stay. The room was beautiful and the spacious patio and bathroom were relaxing. The pool area had a great vibe with attentive servers and cold water and sunscreen. The am coffee at the pool is wonderful.

The hotel is a perfect layout for pool, restaurant and room. It has a sophisticated charm and all the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and it was a comfortable, quiet place to stay. The parking lot could use better lighting as it is incredibly dark if you are arriving in the evening. Unfortunately I cannot give this place a high rating as they are not transparent with their pricing as required by California law. I’ve read through the details on Expedia, and the receipt I received when I booked the hotel, and there is no mention of a $47 resort fee. Telling guests about the fee upon check-in, when it is too late to cancel, is the exact bait-and-switch scenario for which the law was created. The hotel is not a resort and the fee is exorbitant. This soured my impression of the hotel and my stay.

We took a short staycation to the Sands and wished we could’ve stayed longer! This is such a magical property and the Pink Cabana restaurant is a hidden gem in the desert! Amazingly delicious and beautiful food!
