Everything was super clean and nice. The river view was beautiful. Check-in was easy, but my only note for future travelers (which is on me for not properly reading, not necessarily a problem with the property) was that check-in was at a different location than the property. I didn't realize that until it was too late and we had to lug our luggage uphill in 90°f weather. Our flight landed early in the morning and check-in is later in Portugal (1500), but they were lovely in storing our luggage for us until our room was ready. Helder also personally walked us back to our property & helped move our luggage back. My only suggestion for improvement is to have a full-length mirror available in the room somewhere; as far as complaints go, that's very minor inconvenience :) otherwise it was lovely for our first time in Portugal.
