Sehr gute Lage im Centrum. Ideal für Unternehmungen im Centrum. Hotel leider keine eigene Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch ausreichend Parkplätze (Parkhaus) in unmittelbarer Lauf Nähe. Einfache Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, jedoch Nutzung Nachts aufgrund der Geräuschentwicklung (Wasserpumpe) nur bedingt. Einfaches aber ausreichendes Frühstück, Brötchen vielfallt und Qualität sind hervorzuheben.

Größter Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage wenige Schritte vom Schloss entfernt. Eher gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der Empfang in der 4. Etage, Aufzug war beim Check-In gerade in Reparatur, zum Glück ist Treppensteigen für mich kein Problem. Ein Nogo sind fehlerhafte Informationen auf der Webseite des HaM hinsichtlich der Akzeptanz von Bargeld im Hotel (zu zahlen war nur noch die City Tax der Stadt), seit einem Jahr sei nur noch Kartenzahlung möglich ( ich hatte aber keine Karte dabei da laut Hotelmappe auch Barzahlung möglich sein sollte), erst ein Telefonat der Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin mit ihrer Chefin brachte eine Klärung. Zimmer 210 war für eine Übernachtung okay, sehr ruhig in der Nacht mit Fenster zum Innenhof, Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar aber völlig ausreichend zu einem fairen Preis. Nochmal buchen würde ich das HaM trotzdem nicht noch einmal, für ein paar Euro mehr gibt es in der Nähe ein ****Hotel mit einem würdigeren Empfang. Ein Kasperletheater um die Akzeptanz von Bargeld für eine städtische Zwangsabgabe schadet der gesamten Hotelbranche, im Nachgang habe ich am Wochenende eine Buchung in einer anderen Stadt storniert, auch hier war nur noch eine städtische Abgabe vor Ort zu begleichen.

Behagliches Wohnen in der Innenstadt, aber laut

- wegen Umbaumaßnahmen des Frühstücksraum es konnten die Gäste im Erdgeschoß (Bäckerei Café) ihr Frühstück einnehmen. Die Auswahl und Qualität waren somit überdurchschnittlich für Hotels. Leider ist dieser Zustand aber nicht für die Dauer, Frühstücksraum soll beizeiten wieder verfügbar sein. - saubere Zimmer - schöne Einrichtung - Lage unmittelbar neben einer U-Bahn-Haltestelle - laute Umgebung, Innenstadt eben; Es werden aber Ohrstöpsel gereicht.
