Caretaker came immediately to let us in after we called the property that we have arrived. He did not mind we were little early than the specified check-in time. The place was found in a quiet apartment building with neighbouring restaurants around, even a huge Starbucks in a close proximity. We were able to walk to Vatican from here and explore the historic center of Rome. The suite was very well maintained, was clean and comfortable, and modern. We were offered to leave suitcases behind for free the day we were checking out, but we were already done sightseeing and did not use the offer. Highly recommend to rent out.

Place was so clean and smells fresh everytime we walked into the room. Its cery close to everything considering have to walk to places. A great stay and Franco was a great host. The property is perfectly located, just 3 minutes walk from the metro. Also good bars and restaurants nearby. Franco the property manager was terrific. He allowed us in our room a couple hours before check-in time which was a big help as we were just arriving from the US and had a ton of luggage. Overall the place met my needs, which was an extremely short stay. Could be more comfortable for sitting and working, but everything was clean and comfortable. Not suitable for people with mobility issues as it is on the 5th floor with an elevator that stops half a floor above or below, so stairs cannot be avoided.

Very convenient yet quiet location, with bus stops in front and metro a couple of blocks away. Cafe(s) for breakfast and snack downstairs. Our unit is the 4th floor but with elevator, there is no problem. Unit was clean, well maintained and recently updated, with Nespresso machine and kettle. Host Bianca was super helpful and gave us dining and sight seeing tips as well. Overall, very satisfy with our stay. Highly recommended.
