This is NOT a golf hotel

This is NOT a golf hotel as the name say. Even though the golf course is located right next to the hotel, it has no connection to the hotel. You need to walk 4,5 km and no transfer option is available. Only regular taxi is possible. Hotel staff showed me the wrong way to walk and said it should only take 15 minutes to walk but it took 45 min to walk around the course to get to first tee. But this a nice family hotel. Great pool and spa and playground for kids.

Estivemos no final de semana de maio e o hotel estava lotado! Por enorme azar pegamos um dia inteiro de chuva e muito frio. Notamos que não há muito o que fazer quando o tempo está ruim. E com a quantidade de hóspedes, os espaços fechados estavam bem cheios... Comida boa mas algumas coisas ficam frias no buffet... Como estava bem frio, a piscina aquecida não estava quente o suficiente para a temperatura externa... Quartos bons e limpos, equipe atenciosa.

Primeiro e maior ponto negativo, o estacionamento é terceirizado. Chegamos e tinham 2 vans no local onde podemos parar o carro, ninguém veio nos ajudar com a bagagem. A estrutura do hotel é muito grande para poucos funcionários. Todas as refeições servidas são incríveis. A equipe de recreação para as crianças também é bem acima da média. Estrutura, limpeza, sala de jogos muito legal, área kids também. Ao sair no segundo dia eu não sabia que tinha que pagar a primeira diária para poder sair, mesmo tendo sido atendido pelo pessoal do estacionamento ninguém me avisou. Segundo a recepção do hotel tem uma opção de pagar ao entrar no hotel, mas essa opção não foi dita pelo pessoal do estacionamento e nem pelo pessoal da recepção do hotel. Piscinas incríveis, mas a água é muito fria, somente a que fica na área coberta tem temperatura agradável. As quadras para os esportes são incríveis. Parte de Jardim incrível. Local para as crianças escalarem e andarem próximos das árvores é impressionantemente a melhor que já vi, quem teve a ideia estará de parabéns para sempre. Entendo que não ter nada no frigobar é ruim, pq tem que pedir no bar e demora para trazerem. Poderia ser feito como nos Estados Unidos, ter as máquinas em cada corredor, aí o cliente compra o que quiser. Eles deveriam usar pulseiras para os pedidos, pq tem que ficar pedindo o quarto e dando uma comanda como um bloco de pedido para escrever o nome por extenso.

Foi uma ingrata surpresa pagar 45 reais de estacionamento por dia de estadia, considerando o custo total da reserva (pareceu uma conduta avarenta, que traz uma má impressão do serviço em sua totalidade). As instalações dos quartos ficaram aquém do esperado pelo preço da diária. O “armário” tem o espaço de cabideiro ocupado pelo frigobar a impedir seja pendurado um vestido ou mesmo uma camisa. A pia do banheiro é pequena demais para o padrão. Falta lixeira no quarto. Em suma, peca em itens essenciais e funcionais. O atendimento, em geral, foi pouco eficiente, principalmente no bar da piscina (demorado atendimento e falta de local adequado para deixar os produtos consumidos). Faz-se uma ressalva a alguns funcionários do restaurante principal. No mais, a gastronomia, apesar de certa diversidade, deixa a desejar comparativamente a outros resorts. Em resumo, o custo não corresponde ao benefício.

Lugar muito bonito e bem cuidado. Comida boa, recreação animada e boas opções de lazer. O único porém ficou por conta da temperatura das piscinas, que em teoria são climatizadas, mas estavam bem geladas durante toda nossa estadia. Mas nada que tirasse o nosso prazer de estar lá. Certamente voltaremos.

As instalações são boas. O espaço de lazer está ótimo e estão implementando melhorias. O quarto é padrão Novotel. A comida é muito bem feita. Poderia ter mais variedade nos salgados mas os doces são excelentes. Aliás poderiam parabenizar quem os prepara.
