Superb! This motel is fantastic. Not only was the room spotless, but so was the entire building. We were shocked to find that it’s been owned for 8 years and it still looks fresh and new! There clearly has been a lot of pride and effort gone into maintaining this property. Other “chain” motels/hotels could definitely learn a thing or two from this owner and his fantastic staff. Sure this is one of the cheapest hotels in Mankato, but it is one of the newest and greatest value for the dollar. The staff was very friendly and they called me immediately when they discovered I left some property behind. Great people, nice place.

The hotel was very clean and front desk staff very nice and informative. If you want a sound proof hotel don't stay here. We heard everything above us and we had a room close to the lobby and you could here the phone ring.
