Wonderful stay. Staff very warm and friendly. Celebrating daughter's birthday, they offered a bottle of prosecco but we can't handle our booze in such quantity so we got some lovely juice drinks. The rooms are spotless, bedding and linens top quality, location is very quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a very large selection of items. We did not have room for the hot selections but they looked delicious. Wish we could have stayed more than one night, will certainly be our top choice for our next stay. Location is very walkable to the main train station and to the city center, but set back enough that you have a quiet neighborhood feel.

Amazing 5 night stay. Florence is stunning. Hotel facilities were above and beyond. The Spa is a must during your stay. Would definitely stay again. So centre to local trams, trains and walking distance to all attractions. All staff were attentive toyour needs. Breakfast is lovely, made order eggs. The staff member was checking us in quickly but then he lost attention as the phone rang and we were sent on our way. The pillows are poor and flat, uncomfortable to sleep on. There is a bar but no one seems to be there, the receptionist doubles as a bar person and does not always know measures or drinks. €10 for a glass of wine!! I only paid €4 in Venice! There was no kettle in the room, only a coffee maker but they did me one when I asked which was good of them.
