Pros: Breakfast was tasty. Staff was efficient. Cons: Lots of dog poo on grassy area outside of building. Not very appealing when entering the building. Electronic window shade in the bedroom would not go up. We couldn't regulate the heat/cool wall temperature control. The room was either really hot or really cold. Maintenance on the building was lacking. The carpet on the 3rd floor had large stains.

Rooms are clean and quiet. Nice gym set up compared to many. I do not typically leave reviews; however, it was not the hotel itself that prompted this review, but rather the front desk staff! They were all amazing and personable but one in particular deserves recognition. I don’t remember the spelling of his first name, but he introduced himself as J. Every time you walk in or out he would greet you by name, with a smile and ask how your day was or if there was anything he could do for you. The energy and care he gives to his job is to rare these days!! J deserves the highest recognition for providing a level of customer service that should be the gold standard! I hope this review finds it way up the corporate chain and he is appreciated by the company!
