great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. Main bed was comfortable according to my roommate. Did have a washing machine which was great though I didn't need to use it for the night we were there.

Great location, bad wi-fi & hot water

I stayed here for 7 nights in June 2018. Pros: The apartment has a great location close to Brașov's main square Piața Sfatului with great outdoor dining and people-watching, and is a short walk to Mt. Tampâ and its cable car and hiking for scenic views. This apartment is huge -- large enough for 2 couples, and if shared by four people, almost certainly cheaper even than hostel dorm beds. It was quiet at night. The apartment includes a full kitchen with burners, fridge, and freezer. It also includes a washing machine and drying rack. Cons: The wi-fi iin the apartment is extremely slow. At my request, the manager replaced the completely broken wi-fi router within 24 hours of my arrival. But the new router was so slow -- it took 20-30 minutes to upload or download a single photo -- as to be equally useless. I ended up spending hours at a nearby coffee house to get fast enough wi-fi to upload and download photos and videos for my travel blog. Also, I couldn't figure out how to get consistent hot water for the shower. 2 of the 7 days I was there the hot water worked, but the other days, my showers were icy cold (as in, rinsing my hair gave me an ice cream headache), or the hot water only lasted for 2-3 minutes. Also, during the daytime there was some noise from renovation work being done to a nearby apartment.

where is my Flat ?

j'ai réservé un appartement au n°29. On m'a attribué sans explication un appartement au N°25. rien a voir avec les photos. I booked a Flat at tne number 29, they give me another one at the number 25. No link with the pictures they showed

Nice room but could do better.

Booked for a family of 5 adults and 2 children. Bedding for only 6. Cutlery for only 3 persons. Towels for only 4 people. Cooking hob was poor. If you plan on letting to groups you need to have the right number of items to accommodate the users. Rooms very nice. Location was good. Parking is a nightmare to find.

Great location close to the black Church, 3 minute walk. The furniture is old, the mattress is very uncomfortable, every coil is felt while sleeping. It is a bit run down, not very clean. A thick layer of grunge on the light switches Location cannot be beat, a stone throw away from the old city centre.

The location of the room is good but otherwise nothing is good. The owner of the apartment treated us badly. He had a fault with a hot water boiler and accused us of damage. The only room that required an extra charge for cash taxes instead. not recommended!

Semplicemente orrendo , mai avuto un 'esperienza del genere. Pulizia molto superficiale, un odore di muffa dappertutto. Appartamento in un vicolo con un pizzico di piscio da vomitare.
