DO NOT stay at this property. First, there is not a check in desk. When you get there, you have to call a phone line and someone walks you through check in. There is no one there in person.
Trying to get to the room, the elevator was so small that we could not fit together with our luggage. We get to the room and it was TINY. There are no outlets in the “bedroom” to plug in a phone charger or more importantly, my husband’s medical equipment and there is no night stand. This room stated that it sleeps 4 people with 2 twin beds and 2 futons but that is not true. The 2 futons are pads on the floor, which is traditional for Japan but there is NO space in the living area to fit them. The couch was small, filthy, with holes.
The bedding looks like some mismatched stuff you pulled from your grandmother’s closet and the pillows were beyond thin. When you go to the closet to get more pillows you will find dirty, with what appeared to be blood stained, pillows.
The washer and dryer in the room is out of order and after reviewing the photos online you can see this in one of the pictures but apparently they have not gotten around to fixing this and still advertising as working washer and dryer in room.
We left immediately and went to a Hilton. If you think since you are checking out you will get your money back, you would be wrong! The property management refused to give us any money back. If you think Expedia as a major company will help protect you, again you would be wrong!
