我在歐洲行程中最不開心的一家民宿住宿經驗....

一樓沒有大廳，只有冰冷的鐵門，沒有密碼還不得其門而入，門宿的電梯是我這輩子搭過最小又最慢的，入住時櫃枱找不到人，只得自己摸索，最後要退房時，業者又擺臭臉，急著趕我們走人，沒有服務可言。 地點明明就在車站附近，地圖還特意標示在舊城區，逛完黃金橋後還得花16歐才能回民宿。

Apesar de não ser um hotel com recepção 24h, tive uma ótima estadia. Quarto enorme, cama e travesseiros confortáveis (um pouco raro na Itália), e banheiro excelente! Café da manhã preparado na hora. Perto da estação de trem e dos pontos turísticos.

As expected, clean room and friendly staff. However, I want to emphasize its exceptional staff. The way the lady served breakfast was heart-warming; in addition, my son was severely sick so that he had to stay in hotel to recover while the rest of family continued to visit Florence. The front desk lady provided extra water bottles and allowed him to stay extra hour in room after checkout. She also allowed my son to overstay in the comey lounge with luggages until we retuned from Pisa Tower in the afternoon. The staff is of great help, really really appreciated! The property is very nice except one minor thing to improve. The cushions on sofa bed are not firm. In short, I am very pleased with the stay.

The apartment is located very central. 5 minutes walking from the train station and 10 minutes from Santa maria del fiore Cathedral. All main tourist locations are within 20 minutes walk. Breakfast was very good. Cakes and croissants are homemade and they give you also a small selection of charcutery and cheese. On request they also make scrambled eggs. The only con was the noise. Rooms are not very well isolated so you can here people walking outside your room. Our room was in front of the kitchen so we could here the preparation of the breakfast at 7 am. For the rest it was a convinient place to stay. They really focus on costumer care. Worth the money for sure

We stayed in multiple hotels during our trip to Europe, and this was our favorite. The hotel was small, the room was spacious, and we enjoyed the free breakfast which included eggs made to order. The bathroom was also spacious and allowed both my husband and me to get ready at the some time in there. The staff was friendly. There are also a number of restaurants available within walking distance, and the location of the hotel was very convenient and close to tourist sites.

Room was adequate and clean. I would have wished a desk. Staff were adequate. Breakfast serves was fine. My main complaint is the start at 7:30am is too late. I was there as a tourist and stayed for 6 nights. We have day tours booked that required us to be at the meeting place by 8am or earlier which meant we had to leave at 7:30am. We had to miss 3 out of 6 breakfast which was why we booked at La Scala for Free Breakfast. Location was excellent. It is a 5-10 min walk to the train station and tram to the airport. Everything else including the key Florence sites are 10-15 minutes away by foot. There's restaurants close by but there are so many restaurants within 10 min walk.

Nice place. 5 minute walk from S M Novella train station. Easy walk to many Florence sights. Convenient to bud and trams. We would stay here again.

This place is a real gem in Florence. My family felt very safe with the setup. The location is conveniently located near the train station and great eateries. We never ran out of food options only a 5 min walk away. Breakfast was also good and they had cappuccinos, freshly baked breads, fresh omelets, juice, deli meats and cheese. Staff really works hard to make sure you are happy and that’s what we were looking for in a hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Florence.
