My complaint is not with the hotel....it was excellent and the staff was superb.
Hotels.com made this reservation for ? plus ? for cancellation insurance. The cancellation insurance was supposed to be ? but when I asked Hotels.com said the price was for two days since I checked in on the 25th and out on the 25th.....???????
In addition, when I checked out on the 26th, I asked for a receipt for my expense account and received a folio for ? When asked, I was told to contact Hotels.com for an explanation. Again, this whole complaint is toward Hotels.com.....I knew better, but did it anyway......never again!!!
