Avoid

Dirty, moldy and unsafe. If you value your health you must stay away from this place. Management falsely accused us of breaking a TV. It was so bad I just checked out of the place and found another hotel. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels but I’ve never had such a negative experience.

Hotels.com’da sunulan oda ve hizmet yoktu. Karşımıza satın aldığımızdan bambaşka bir oda çıktı. Çok pis, havasız, kokan ve çarşafları sigara yanığı olan bakımsız ve eksik oda. Resepsiyonda algısız ve umursamaz bir insan var hiçbir şikayet hata kabul etmez! Kalmak istemedik ve paramızı iade etmediler. Zerre kadar umurlarında değil insanlık. Otelin sahibi kendisi, odalarını sahibinden.com’da daha ucuz fiyata günlük kiralık olarak veriyor! İnternetten bakıp görebilirsiniz. Para iadesiz ve tamamen mağdur olarak çıktık oradan. Asla konaklanamayacak bir yer!!!! Çektiğim oda fotoğrafları sistem hatasından sebep yüklenmiyor malesef ama... Ve hala hotels.com’da aynı yalan ve yanlışlarla hizmete devam ediyor olmasından sebep gerçekten yazıklar olsun diyebiliyorum sadece.

No hot water! Broken shower, narrow helix staircas

Spacious but No hot water because boiler keeps going into fault mode!! Reception came twic but no success and said can not help ( left us to it!!). I had to take a cold shower! Many yes since I have had the last one but at least they were free! Broken shower, narrow helix staircase especially when carrying large suitcases.
