Really nice hotel in a good location and very accessible with public transport. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are a good size although our room had very little natural light because of how it was situated so I would have preferred something lighter, as it was very dark, however the room was quiet. Breakfast was good, different selections of hot food each day and good choice of cold food as well. Lovely views from the restaurant. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were polite and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, and the location was excellent. I want to make that clear because my main complaint is not about the staff. They genuinely tried to help us and were very nice throughout our stay. When we first arrived, we were booked into a suite. The suite was large, but unfortunately it felt like a jail cell because there were basically no real windows or outside views—just walls around us. We asked if we could move to another room. We were told that we were already in one of their best rooms and that moving would actually be considered a downgrade. I agreed because having a comfortable room where my family and I could relax was more important to me than the size of the room. We were moved to a much smaller room and were asked to pay an additional $370, which I paid. Honestly, the extra money wasn't my concern. I was on vacation with my wife and family, and all I wanted was for us to enjoy ourselves, relax, and get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, that is where the major problem with this hotel comes in. There is a full-blown nightclub on the rooftop of the hotel operating seven days a week. The music was INSANELY loud and continued until after 2:00 AM. The bass and music could be heard and felt throughout the hotel, including the floors and stairways. There were also nightclub guests constantly coming in and out late into the night. Again, I do not blame the hotel staff they were very good

The location of tgis hotel is beautiful and in the middle of istanbul and in a front of the Bosphorus river. Near by the bus station and metro staion was the best. Hands down the best hotel! My go to hotel when I travel to istanbul. The hotel team is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and spacious. Regarding the hotel I paid 120 euro at 6 am because they never pick the phone even for Expedia to manage the best option for me to check in early so I had to pay, the manager said he will investigate but never back to me . I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was just perfect! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. You can really tell they put effort into quality and variety. The lounge is another big plus – a cozy place where you can eat, have a drink, or just relax and unwind.
