Lovely hotel, very clean and staff helpful and welcoming. Great location, near to town square but not too close to be too noisy. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

The hotel is great but doesn't have any parking. They partially reimburse you for a parking lot around the block but nothing for anywhere else. Other than that everything was fun and the breakfasts were good.

Mycket nöjd med hotellet och personal som trevligt hjälpte mig. Läget mycket bra för många sevärdheter.Frukost är bra,och jag fick en bra lunch box,när jag lämnade hotellet tidigt.Passar utmärkt för ensamresande.

This is the place I always stay at when in Krakow. The staff are helpful, they are there 24/7 (with the exception of cleaning staff), the premium room is spacious and affordable, the bathroom is clean and nice. The only negative is the AC isn’t very powerful depending on the room, but one barely needs it in Krakow.

Stort, skinande rent rum högst upp. Hjälpsam och leende personal. Fint läge nära city centrum. Frukosten var också top. Rekommenderas!

Lovely hotel in the old town, we asked for a quiet room and we were 2nd floor at the back. It was a lovely quiet room. Black out blinds and a really comfy bed. Aircon was very good too. Very welcoming staff on reception. We walked to old town main square took about 10 mins. First time to krakow and we will be back and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location. Easy to get everywhere you need to go in Krakow and 24-hour desk to check in even at 2am (late flight and long passport queue). Room was small but had everything we needed and great water pressure on the shower.

Very clean and tidy. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Nice breakfast included in the price. Staff very nice, Monica and the other young ladies at reception were super helpful. Hotel location was great, so easy to walk within minutes to Main Square and to the river area, where you can catch a very enjoyable boat ride or stroll along the river, Castle nearby too. Would definitely recommend to stay at Hotel 32. I would stay here again if I am back in Krakow.
