Hotel is empty, no staff on reception,no security, have to go into a separate building where the bar is to find someone, then wait in empty hotel for them to leave the bar to check you in. I have used this hotel at least 6 times but this time the lady checking me in. Demanded i pay £25 for my tiny dog!! For 1 night. Hence dog stayed in my car for the night. Will not use this hotel again. So they have lost a regular customer.

la verdad que no entiendo algunos comentarios que hacen algunas personas mi valoracion es un nueve en todo, la fachada del hotel se ve con unos añitos pero cuantos Hoteles de 3 estrellas quisieran tener la limpieza del hotel OYO es muy limpio la familia fantastica la Maria escepcional y su padre que tanto lo critican para mi un trabajador estupendo he comido cenado y todo rico e estado tres dias y volvere no soy de la zona somos Catalanes mi señora y yo del Prat de Llobregat por lo tanto un nueve solo espero que cuando vuelva me pueda bañar en la piscina que estaba cerrada por el covi un saludo para los dueños, y para los criticos pocos hoteles han visatado para poner esas criticas.

Out of the way difficult to locate

The receptionist was fine but language was a problem food is at a facility approx 200 metres away the room was ok the bathroom was smelly but had. All facilities were basic but ok I do not feel we are overly fussy but this a hotel we will not be going to again
