Two days at Budva
The apartment was up in the hills, nice view but much climping. We had booket a room with sea wiew, and did not have balcony and the only window was to front yard where people walked. We tried to find the balcony like pictures but did not find. The room was small, only one window and we slept at the couch. In front of the apartment is new house under construction.
Owner Ana did not speak english but one worker did and was helpful. There were not reception. Air condinition was good.

The only good thing is the view.
We especially booked the room with terrace that have the city view. But when we arrived at the hotel, the manager tried to give us the room with just one bed -eventhough we were three- and tried to make us pay although we paid via internet. Then we showed her the reservation and then she gave us the room. But two hours after she came again and insisted that we paid for the other room and we should stay there or she will charge us extra. Then we told her to give our money back and said we are leaving, them magically she said that there wasn’t any problem.

Paikalle saapuessamme varaamamme huoneisto ei ollut valmis; sängyt laittamatta, johdot roikkuivat, hierontapöytä keskellä huonetta, likaa ja remppakamaa kaikkialla. Meille kerrottiin olevamme kauden ensimmäiset - ja vierailumme ajan ainoat asiakkaat kymmenen huoneiston hotellissa. Koko alue ulkoa ja sisältä näytti olevan kesken tai rempallaan edelliseltä lomakaudelta. Vasta oman tiedustelun jälkeen meille esiteltiin vapaa, paljon siistimmässä kunnossa oleva huoneisto, joka vastasi edes jotenkin odotuksiamme. Plussaa sai jaetun parvekkeen kaunis näkymä, josta pääsimme nauttimaan vasta sen jälkeen kun pyysimme omistajaa pitämään ison koiransa kiinni. Toivottavasti varasimme majoituksemme vaan väärään aikaan ja että sen lomakauden alkaessa hotellilla oltaisiin valmiina vastaamaan vieraiden odotuksia, mutta oma kokemuksemme jätti karvaan maun.

Great sea view
Sea view was absolutely great. Shared balcony but also own insett where you can hang without interrruption if there’s other people out. The cleaners didn’t came knocking on the doors in the morning what we really appreciate. On holiday we wanna sleep late. Market near by. Clean rooms. Only bad thing was the climbing to the hotel. It’s located on a slope that’s quite steep.

Fint ställe med ett lite högre läge på berget
Oklart var det gick fel men tanten som drev stället visste inte om att vi skulle komma. Hon hade aldrig sett bokningen. Som tur var fick vi hjälp av vår taxichaufför med översättningen då hon inte pratade. Det löste sig och sen var det bara bra service, dom fixade genast iordning utemöblerna och så till oss. Hennes man kom med kaffe till oss sista dagen. Mycket fint rum precis som på bilderna! Däremot låg det mycket högre upp än jag trodde så det gäller att ha ork i benen när man ska ta sig hem från stranden. Men det gick fort. Utsikten från balkongen var värd det!!
