The staff was rude. Requested I leave a deposit of 200 pesos for a tv remote. They would hand guests towels as they registered. Too many rules and restrictions. Outside the hotel it is an absolute mess. Homeless everywhere. Cardboard and trash scattered everywhere. The ONLY positive thing was that I slept good because I was on the 5th floor. Away from the noise.

I would never recommend this stay to anyone. The pictures portrayed are nothing like what the actual place looks like. The “City View” is abysmal, nothing but dirty streets and a KFC in front of a rundown terrace and windows that don’t even open. As you arrive you immediately feel unsafe in the area, no on site parking, no anything this place is horrible and the fact that they make it non refundable says a lot. They know they are scamming people with lies and I regret ever giving this place a chance because I was deceived by the photos they portray the place to be. Completely unsatisfied and again nothing but regret after booking this stay and having them waste my money.

First of all if your not going to hold a reservation till at least 10pm then why even offer reserve now, pay later. I got there around 7:29pm to find out I was suppose to be there by 6pm to pay and not loose my reservation. These people did not care if you were out of luck and having to scramble for a place to sleep late at night. They didnt try to find an alternative. Never had that experience...

La habitación súper pequeña, honestamente nada recomendable, tiene una ventana que da a un pasillo y tuve que comprar “papel de regalo” para poder tapar la venta y que nadie al pasar, viera para adentro, ya que la cortina no cubre toda la ventana. El baño no funciona el extractor de aire. Los muebles para la ropa muy débiles, hay que tener cuidado. El personal es súper amable y comprensible, ahí sin duda se sacan un 100. El clima de la habitación es algo deficiente pero está bien, cumple para dormir a gusto. Tiene muchas tiendas cercanas, farmacias, tiendas de conveniencia y mercaditos con gran variedad de cosas y comida. Pero eviten andar muy noche por la zona.
