Basic but nice hotel ideal for a stopover for 1-3 nights. Well furnished and very clean. Room & bathroom decent size and very clean. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Located in quiet part of town. Ten minutes walk to train station, shops, buses and the fjord. If in the area in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

Ein Hotel für eine Nacht. Früher hätte man gesagt, typisch Vertreterhotel. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber es gibt in der Lobby keine Möglichkeit, ein Getränk für das Zimmer zu kaufen. Abends wird sowohl die Aussentür wie auch die Lobby geschlossen. Das Zimmer wird erst nach 3 Tagen gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Bei dieser Gelegenheit werden auch die Handtücher gewechselt, was okay ist. Es fehlt ein Aufzug.

Die Lage des Hotels in Kiel ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Schallschutzverglasung sorg für ruhige Nächte Es gibt keinen Lift im Hotel. Das Zimmer, welches wir hatten, war mehr als nur renovierungsbedürftig: * im Bad sind schimmelbefallene Fugen in der Dusche * etliche Bodenfliesen sind zerschlagen * die Kloschüssel hat einen Riss an der Befestigung * die Spülung ist extrem träge * es gab an zwei Tagen morgens kein Warmwasser * am Kopfende des Bettes waren beidseitig Staub- und Flusen-Ansammlungen * auf der Fensterbank lagen noch die Speisereste des Vormieters. Ich kann hier nur für das von uns genutzte Zimmer sprechen, möglicherweise sind die anderen Räume schon renoviert - es soll keine umfassende Schelte für das Hotel sein.

Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war absolut nicht sauber. Überall war Staub und die Toilette war voller Haare. Auch das Bett war voller Krümel. Ich war nun eine Woche vor Ort und es wurde keinen einzigen Tag aufgeräumt oder das Zimmer gereinigt. Ich kann diesen Ort absolut nicht empfehlen und für mich wird es auch das letzte Mal gewesen sein.
