I arrived 9pm and notice on the door to call for help. Lucky I had friends who dropped me and spoke German so I was able to get key to enter. Not safe for single person to go through that but thankfully I know the area

Ich war zufrieden

Sehr netter Empfang zum einchecken. Ich konnte problemlos einchecken, da ich mittags eingetroffen bin war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Konnte jedoch als die Rezeption abends nicht mehr besetzt war, problemlos das Hotel und das Zimmer betreten. Andere Gäste die um 18 Uhr eintrafen, hatten mehr Probleme, da die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war und scheinbar telefonisch niemand erreichbar war. Das Zimmer war für mich für den Aufenthalt vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich fand das Frühstück auch gut. Müsli, Joghurt, Brötchen, Croissant, Käse, Wurst, Marmelade, Rührei und gekochte Eier waren vorhanden und noch einiges mehr. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war auch von Vorteil. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und ich konnte Problemlos zu Fuß alles erreichen wie meinen Tagungsort im Rathaus, als auch genug Gastronomie

Hotel hat gerade einen Betreiberwechsel Es war keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Am Morgen leider kein warmes Wasser .Wird sich sicher bessern, wenn sich alles eingespielt hat. Personal war freundlich.
