Was told hotel had been overbooked on arrival so our reservation had been changed. The change did not work for our family. They were able to make the switch and accommodate us back to what we had originally booked which was great. Room was clean. Pool water was cold. Breakfast was good, though we were staying for dance competition and had to be to the facility at 7am, so had to grab and go and couldn't enjoy.
