Great hotel, in an ideal location. The convention centre is close by with a lovely park and some good bars and eating places. The swimming pool was too cold to enjoy. Not great for just lounging around, shame really. Book your trips on Trip adviser as the concierge service was 4 times the cost for the same experience. Very nice hotel, superb location close to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. Luxurious but still personal touch and friendly and helpful staff that made us feel welcome. Breakfast was perfect with high quality.
