Arrived at 2 am in the morning and check-in was quick. Loved that we didn’t have to be out until noon the next day. Also loved how quiet the hotel was despite being in the middle of tourist season. Slept great and the room temperature was perfect.

Great location, poor room, no outside window, dark

Staff very friendly. Location fantastic. Room not that great - small window and not a proper window to the outside The window faced a small atrium which went up 5 or 6 floors. Hence not much light, room rather dark. Noise from people in atrium irritating. Overall whilst I loved the location I felt a bit cheated by being that room when I paid above average for this city.

Better training of staff would help

ICE packs for medicine need to be placed in the freezer not the refrigerator. The front desk person was asked to place two ice packs into the hotel freezer so they would be ready for our journey back home. They were not frozen in the morning and expensive medicine had to be disposed of. Train your front staff better please. Do as the customer asks.

Otroligt centralt och väldigt nära parkeringsgarage. Stort rum med sköna sängar. Vi hade ett litet problem på rummet och efter att vi påpekat detta var det en tekniker på plats efter några minuter och vi blev erbjudna att byta rum. Otroligt proffsigt. Trevligt bemötande. Enda nackdelen var sittmöblerna vid frukostbuffén. Hit återkommer vi mer än gärna.

Das Zimmer war super für eine Nacht. Leider gibt es keinen Stauraum oder Schränke für Klamotten. Das Bett war richtig bequem und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt in der Stadt. Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut. Allerdings hat uns nicht gefallen, dass Butter und Joghurt einzeln verpackt waren. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wieder das Hotel buchen!

Motel One - The One!

Super godt og veldesignet hotel med en meget fin service på alle områder - stor ros! Hotellet ligger centralt placeret og i passende afstand fra togstationen. Det eneste, min veninde og jeg kunne ønske os på vores værelser, var mere opbevaringsplads og en nedsænket håndvask ... men vi ville vælge Motel One Lubeck igen næste gang:-)

Sauber und sehr zentral. Gute Betten, Badezimmer ok aber wasser kommt auf den Boden vor der Dusche und troknet sehr langsam. Koennte auch eine bessere Ventilation des Badezimmers sein, dauert sehr lange bis man im Spiegel sehen kan.
