Amazing stay in the middle of the city. Koukaki area has great food and its 12 mins walk from Acropolis area. Room is very nice with a backyard where you could chill and relax in the morning with coffee.

This apartment was in a nice area that was very close to the Acropolis.. Konstantinos was a fantastic host… provided airport pick up and port drop off… when we arrived he sat us down and had suggestions for things to do and places to eat…please listen to him when he says go to the Acropolis by 8am!!! The apartment was nice sized with 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms which is a plus since there were 3 of us!! We had a great stay!!

The home were cute and comfortable for a family of 4 people. Owner is nice, friendly, helpful and prepared water, snacks for our stay. Home came with little things like umbrellas, map, shampoos, towels and such and walking distance to many restaurants and the acropolis. Definitely recommended!

Great place to stay in Athens

We truly enjoyed our stay. The w bedroom apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the AC was cold and the WiFi worked great. The bathroom and kitchen were excellent. The small outside patio area was very nice. This was a great location, just a short walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. The meetup station was nearby and lots of bars, restaurants, coffee cafes, and markets nearby. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood day and night. Highly recommend!

The property was great and Konstantino was amazing. Super nice and helpful, answered our questions whenever we had them and responded to all communication including arranging our airport transfers. Great property for families. Our only issue was in order for hot water you had to press a button and wait 40min for only about 5min of hot water to shower. Not very convenient for a family if 4 with 2 teenagers.

Big and roomy in good location

Costas the manager is extremely helpful and kind. The location is quiet with easy access to all the major sites. The AC works very well. We stayed in the gardenia suite which is spacious and perfect for stretching out with 2 balconies. The only challenges were the tub is set high so if you are shorter it’s tricky to get in and out and can be slippery. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator so not good for those with mobility issues. Would absolutely consider staying here again though.

Koukaki residence checked all our boxes. Would definitely stay there again.. The property manager, Kosta, was great. He gave us a little sit down on arrival and walked us through some recommendations on to-dos and to-avoids in Athens.. He was also very responsive to texts. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was also very conveniently located relatively close to a metro & tram stop, plenty of wonderful restaurants, and of course the main attraction up on that hill.. There was also a wonderful market that pops up in the street in front of the apartment every Friday with fresh fruit, veggies, flowers, etc. We had just a marvelous experience on our 3 day/night stay. Highly recommend. Thanks Kosta (John & Mary from Ohio)!!
