Great accommodation

We had 2 rooms book both of which were clean and comfortable. There are very steep flights of steps to access the rooms which were fine for us but just to be aware. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reasonably well situated - 15 mins walk to Metro, 30 mins walk to city centre. Lively square around the corner with eateries available. The only aspect which let our stay down was the noise of other guests - namely playing loud music on our first night.

Check in was very easy. The hotel messaged us before we arrived to see when we would be arriving and what type of beds we needed in our apartment. Front desk staff was very accommodating. They gave us a map and recommendations for restaurants near by. Our one bedroom apartment was very cute with everything we needed. There was a little noise from upstairs and the street but the bedroom was very quiet and the air conditioning was appreciated. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again if we are back in Lisbon

Flores house staff were nice and professional! It was clean! However the property was not as described. They need to update the bathrooms, there was duck tape used to prevent leaks in the shower. The view was not what they described. The walk up with bags was terrible. Would not recommend for anyone with issues walking up stairs.

Flores guest house LOVE

We loved our trip to Lisbon. This hotel/lodging was in a perfect location! Close enough to walk many touristic places and half a block from a more residential and wonderful park/plaza with amazing restaurants and bars. The guest house is in an older building so a few stairs to contend with and it picked up some noise from the hall, but other than that it was great! I’d come back!
