What a great place, the host was very helpful and friendly. We stayed 2 nights in a tent and they provided everything needed for a fun glamping experience, right down to the smores. What we liked most is that it is located away from main roads so its quiet.

8/10 Very good

Charlie, the campground manager did everything he could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Having never camped before, it was a fun experience. The campground had firewood, charcoal, and lighter fluid on site. Many other smaller amenities were available as well. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Kuddos to the cleaning personnel

It was so nice and beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is super nice there very accommodating they put us in a tent that had a swing by it so we could see the best view there it was amazing. It recharged us and we will definitely be going back here again. My boyfriend and I I have never been Glamping before and it was super cool thank you guys..

This superceded my expectations. It was beautiful, peaceful, and a quick trip into the small town provided everything we needed. They checked on us every night and offered propane heaters when it got colder. But, we were warm and cozy in the wagon and truly made lasting memories. I highly recommend!

Very unique property. Great atmosphere and very welcoming. We ended up meeting other guests and sharing smores and playing a yard game with them and our host Charles. He was very hospitable and gave us some local history. Waking up in the morning being surrounded by the backside of Zion was priceless. The facilities were spotless from the tents to the bathrooms. Can't wait to return...we only did a one night stay but a longer stay is in order in the future.

Beautiful place

We loved our stay! We booked a covered wagon and it was beautifully located. The bed was comfortable and there was also a futon for extra sleepers. Our host George was very attentive, respectful and accommodating. When we needed extra blankets or heat he was there in less than 5 minutes to help us. For a campsite, they offer more than the typical campsite. He gave us a fun and informative ATV tour as well. The only thing that could improve are the bathrooms, which should be cleaned and scrubbed at least once a day; other than that we loved the glamping experience. There's a "petting zoo" right across, not a real petting zoo but my wife loved walking over to pet the goats, sheep, pony and horses. Beautiful hikes all around. We will be back in the fall!

6/10 Good

Waited in front for 45 minutes before someone returned to check us in. Terribly hot which is expected but tent had no vents to help decrease housewarming effect in our tent.

2/10 Poor

Thanks but no thanks

I couldn’t find the location without asking for help. It was about 30 degrees outside and the zipper to the tent was broken for most of the stay. Drunk people were arguing and crying and screaming all night. Despite my reports, no help was sent. I was afraid to leave the tent to use the restroom, much less start a fire or cook. There were no locks on these tents and guests claimed to have guns. Businesses are responsible for the safety of their guests, even the stupid drunk guests (like yours).

We made a last minute reservation during the holidays and Charlie was super accommodating! There was a maintenance issue that he went above and beyond to fix. We were given 2 heaters and warm blankets but we were completely fine with just the heater. The cute wagon and cheap price attracted us to this place but we were not expecting such a magnificent view. There was a spectacular view of the Mesa during the day and at night there was a beautiful visible full moon. There were some cute farm animals that I visited everyday to feed, along with a dog named Moonshine and 2 cute kittens. We spoke to Charlie and Hudson about the history of the town and learned so much. The hosts were super nice and friendly. I would definitely love to come again.

Amazing experience

This is a fantastic experience. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to camp but lack the experience or fly to Zion without much camping equipment. The host Cliff was amazing. He's very welcoming and love to chat. His campsite has a wonderful sunset view on Zion and it's close to a local marketplace so we could purchase local produce for an excellent cook out. Cliff and his wife live on the campsite and was available for any of our needs. He checked the campsite with us when we checked in to make sure anything works spotlessly. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location is perfect for a one-hour drive into Zion and two-hour drive to Grand Canyon. We've seen many other glamping sites near Zion, but this one is definitely more authentic, less commercial. We loved it so much that we stayed for another night. The night sky was also magnificent. Definitely will come back

A great glamping experience

This was a great “glamping” experience! The property is beautiful, and we didn’t even get a chance to explore the many trails onsite. The bed was extremely comfortable (even compared to high end hotels). The propane heater worked well — 15 minutes on high and the tent was toasty warm, and we turned it down to low. The camp host was very nice and helpful. For some reason, I was thinking we would have outlets in the tent, so we had to manage batteries wisely. We had a couple battery packs and we were able to plug in and charge in the bathroom while we showered and got ready. We would definitely stay here again — maybe one of the covered wagons next time! Pro tip: the property is located right on the border of AZ and UT so our phones and smart watches kept bouncing between time zones which got very confusing. If you need to be at a specific place at a specific time, I would become some “dumb” device that you can rely on for accurate time.

This place is unlike any experience we've had glamping. The facilities are amazing, the views breathtaking and the wagons were so comfortable. The place and people really couldnt do more to make the place feel more cozy and most importantly- comfortable! We were only there for 1 night and wished we had stayed longer, it was heaven!
Laura, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The best part of the stay was the view during sunset and the sky at night. The tent and site around the tent are okay and the mattress is comfortable enough. The zipper on the tent was broken in that it was missing the pull tab and the bottom of the zipper itself was pulling away, leaving a gap that could not be closed. The table next to our site was wood and nearly falling apart but we were close to the common area so we used that instead. The bad of the campsite is noise. Of the noise, the dog barking that occurs throughout the evening and in the morning - there are a couple of dogs that roam the campground, not sure where they come from - was pretty awful. During my stay, there were other campers that stayed up quite late, until midnight, and were using the common area and were talking loudly and cackling as well. There were other loud noises from people riding dirt bikes in the area that the camp has no control over as well.
