Very nice apartment, in city centre , walking distance to big shops, very warm and welcoming. I used to buy hotel room just to sleep in for triple or quadruple the price, this apartment comes with affordable price. I recommend and from now on when I am Minsk I would rent it again!

Very good host and the apartment (Lenina 11)

Everything was so good. My host Ekaterina was very helpful. She returned to my questions and requests quickly and hepfully. The apartment Lenina 11 was in a very good location. Metro, main roads and restaurants are nearby. Main center and shopping mall are around 10 min. walk. The apartment is well (even luxuryly) designed and fully equiped as shown in the photos. The apartment was very clean. There were only a few hair around which is acceptable. It is the only downside of the apartment that sunlight may not be enough for some if will stay in the apartment during the daytime. Not bad but would be better as I prefer more naturel light for a cheerful mood in the morning. But it's because of the apartment looking at the backyard and the thick walls. Also not a big deal but lock open signal (with a speech) of the door of the building is heard even when you lock the windows. Overall, I am very glad with my stay in this apartment. I recommend and would like to stay again when I'm back in Misk one day.

It was a great stay! Our host was really friendly and accommodating. She replied quickly to us when trying to check in and with any questions we had. The apartment was beautiful and the perfect walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing! We would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that there were quite a bit of stairs so it was a bit of a hassle with luggage and no elevator but we managed fine! No complaints!

The property itself is great, right in Minsk downtown. Ekaterina was very helpful, communication was easy. Very clean apartment, all necessary things provided. Clean and comfortable bedding. Minutes walk from the bank, restaurants, cathedrals. The only thing was it's noisy. At the time of staying there was a construction on the main level of our building, there was drilling almost every day during the afternoon. Loud neighbors in the evening. It was good despite of a delay on pick up from airport, the room was clean and comfortable. The only matter was that we had hard time climbing the stairs till the 4th floor where the apartment was. I recommend it for young people.

This was an AMAZING experience for me, one of the best in my entire traveling carrier :-) The apartment is just lovely, tall ceilings with all amenities required for a very pleasant and homely stay. - located right in the middle of Minsk and close to everything (the old city, the Bolshoi Opera and ballet, the Holy Spirit church and the Red Church, the State Circus, all museums…) The property manager, Katerina - is an amazingly helpful host! OMG, she arranged airport transfers for me and a driver for the visit to the Mit and Nesvizh Castles, and went out of her way to help with my many questions and gave me very thoughtful and helpful advice (I was getting a kitten in the middle of flight cancellation crisis, so we spent many hours trying to resolve many issues related to this, which were really personal issues and had nothing to do with the property). THANK YOU Katerina for making this an amazing experience for me. I’ll be visiting agaian for sure!!!

The best in Minsk

This is my second time staying at Royal Apartments Minsk. I plan to always use them for my future travels to Minsk. Both locations have been amazing, the landlady was extremely helpful and nice, and my travels were extremely enjoyable. Both locations were very convenient and walking distance to any necessary amenities, safe and in very clean neighborhoods. My apartment on this trip had an amazing view of the city and a nice balcony. I highly recommend Royal Apartments Minsk !!!!!

ery comfortable!

block of apartments is a bit shabby so when opened the door to our place we were amazed how clean, modern and spacious it was. Jet shower in the bathroom was also a surprise. The flat is round the corner from the Independence Prospekt, very convenient. we walked from the station after taking a minibus from the airport, it is about 20 minutes walk. We had a constant contact with the landlord as well, we got very clear instructions how to find the key and get to the apartment.
