This apartment was cancelled by the management on the date of travel and I was only notified of the issue when I tried to contact them for details of arrival, I was given new apartment details and on arrival informed that I needed to pay a deposit and cleaning fees. After a heated discussion over the phone I refused this as there had been no prior notice of these fees. Glad I did as on closer inspection of the Ashburnham apartment we found mould on the curtains and windows and dirty crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. It is clear that the apartment has been recently refurbished with new furniture but this only highlighted the remaining issues

What ever the price says.. add £25 on top of that as they charge you extra, they also ignore your texts, customer care is terrible, I will never be booking with these again!

Not suitable for Disabled visitors steep stairs
Very busy area of Luton no good parking for large car
They asked me to pay 25 GBp extra claiming that I had not paid full rental
Asked for card no on telephone felt very uncomfortable in letting strange person having by card no
Could not sleep whole night as lot of traffic on the roads flashing light right into the windows and bedroom
No black out blinds roller blind broken
