Staff was accommodating, room for $ was fair. Good location, in between what you could possibly want. Area was safe. I stayed there because of proximity to the stadium and it worked out.

Clean, good ac, good breakfast. Owners are the nicest most helpful hotel owners I’ve ever encountered. Feels more like a home than a hotel. Very much recommended.

The breakfast was perfect! The rooms were clean and it had multiple selections on the tv. Of course in spanish. This place was peaceful and well cared for. We felt extremely safe. When you get there it takes you right to a gate. Honk your horn and the secuity will let you in. Thank you, Mario!

8/10 Very good

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is well located, a short drive to the city centre and walking distance to bars and restaurants in San Benito. The hotel is quirky, and like staying in someone's home. I enjoyed my stay there, though the shared bathroom shower did not have hot water during my stay. The

Staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good, the atmosphere is pleasant. Junior suite was comfortable, yet this is an old house and some improvements would be needed. But overall, the stay was great

A very affordable, cozy family run boutique hotel in a fantastic location. 15min walk to zona Rosa, filled with restaurants and bars. Easy check in and secure parking on site. I don’t think you could get a better hotel for this price point in this location. Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay in San Benito

Nice stay - owners friendly and gave me a nice upgrade - breakfast simple but tasty Nice relaxing areas to chill out Would be better if they had a garrafon of water as opposed to selling bottles for a dollar - garrafons only cost a few dollars to refill....

Very nice and friendly host. I didnt't stay more than 12 hours due to my travel itinerary to be able to judge much but it was pleasant. The only down side is that 4 rooms share one full bathroom.

Comfortable, cute, and convenient

We had a lovely stay here. The location is in a good neighborhood and it’s convenient to markets, restaurants, monuments and other attractions. The hotel itself is in a gated area with a guard and felt very safe. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, and there are cute decorative touches around the common areas and guest rooms. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Reasonably priced, too. A great option if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable with a local vibe!

The place was really nice except that there were people talking aloud after 10:30 PM but I don’t know what were the rules about it, other than that the place was really nice and the staff very courteous, Friendly and helpful and if possible I stay there again

Amazing patio, flawless WiFi

The room is not that great but the garden is phenomenal. I came as a digital nomad and worked out on the patio every day and it was heaven. Never had an issue with WiFi either in the room or on the patio, and I am on Zoom calls all day. Limited staff able to speak English.

2/10 Poor

This isn’t really a boutique hotel — more like renting a room in someone’s house. Hard to find (no sign, hidden behind a gate), no welcome or intro, no drinking water, fridge was off and leaking, very few plugs, tiny a bit darker room, shower with only one temperature, and windows that don’t close fully. They even asked $20 to store a small backpack after checkout for 4 hours. No drinking water: Not even a bottle to purchase. And sorry, tap water here is a hard “no” from me.Fridge issues: Fridge was off, ice melted, water everywhere. They turned it on when I asked, but wiped up the mess with the same cloth used inside. Cue my inner germaphobe screaming. Room setup: Tiny room, barely space to walk around the bed. No shelves or wardrobe for clothes, not enough sockets for charging. Decor is dark and outdated — heavy on shadows, low on natural light. Bathroom: Functional but basic. Shower has one temperature setting: “meh.” The good: location is convenient, security is strong, and the photos online look amazing (credit to the photographer) but actual look is varies.. Overall: basic stay at best, but misleading as a “boutique hotel.” With some small improvements and better hospitality, it could actually be decent. So my advice? Add the basics, be transparent, maybe raise the price slightly, and you’ll have much happier guests. Until then, this was less “boutique hotel” and more “Airbnb with trust issues.” How they rated so high on Expedia!!!! No brainer.

6/10 Good

This is a single family house rented out into small rooms to customers. Because of this people have to share a restroom. The breakfast is very basic and consist of tasteless coffee, bits of papaya, and a little bit of egg. I asked the owner to allow for leaving luggage while I go sightseeing but he denies such request saying his property or house is very small in square footage.
