設備有些缺乏檢查維修部分，例如浴室門鎖鬆動有時會卡死，衣架破裂會割到手，吹風機有裂痕.背面進風孔也已經塞滿棉絮(容易過熱)，樓梯間已經有壁癌產生，樓梯逃生動線也不該放置推車(應該是房務使用的.而且是放整天) 但基本上環境算舒適，距海邊.夜市也很近，整體上不算有啥大問題，就一些細節能夠再進步
