Great hotel a short walk from the beach, we had a seaview room and it was worth it. Massive bed, and really comfortable There is a roof terrace, but could do with more comfortable chairs. Self service bar which was good but there is also a Gs25 at the base of the hotel which has everything you could need. Recommend it for a value hotel on the island.

You definitely get what you pay for. Absolutely filthy in places. My towel had a clump of hair, most likely from the previous guest, inside it. The cleaning ladies were incompetent too. I requested for 2 towels multiple times, but my request just fell on deaf ears. Stay away please.

This property is very convenient because is a steps to the beach. The location is great but doesn't have parking even when you can park around, is difficult to find a parking spot. The room wasn't clean, I found hair all over to the bathroom which is disgusting for me.

This hotel was fine in terms of having four walls and a locking door. But… that was about it. There were holes in the walls from the door handle, mold in the bathroom, and the bed was like sleeping directly on the box spring. For one night, it was fine. But I wouldn’t stay here longer.

Clean Hotel Across from the Beach

Very clean hotel right across from the beach. Very accommodating for small children. Positives are the location, cleanliness, convenience. Breakfast was not included, but there was a coffee shop downstairs and a convenience store next door. The staff had limited English but were very friendly and tried to be helpful. The AC in the room didn't seem to work, but we also didn't ask about it - we preferred to open a window for fresh sea air. Towels, bottled water, and amenities were changed every day, but no full room cleaning. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting an easy and clean hotel right across from the beach.

This hotel is in a perfect location across the street from Hyeopjae Beach and has nice views of the ocean. Other than that, it’s hard to recommend. The rooms are nowhere near as nice as the photos would suggest and have been poorly maintained. The hotel claims that the front desk is staffed from 9-9 each day, but I saw an employee only three times in four days, and two of those times were outside of the supposed hours. If you have a problem there will be likely no one to help you and no one ever answers the phone. The hotel claims it has free parking on site but that’s a bit deceptive. There’s a small free public lot behind the hotel that fills up quickly and a large paid beach parking lot across the street. If you can stay somewhere else, I would suggest doing so.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per 8 notti e, nonostante la posizione eccellente di fronte alla spiaggia e la bella vista dalla nostra camera, purtroppo l’esperienza è stata compromessa da una gestione trascurata e da una manutenzione davvero insufficiente. La pulizia lascia a desiderare: lo specchio del bagno è rimasto sporco per tutto il soggiorno e per due giorni siamo rimasti senza carta igienica e senza bagnoschiuma. La jacuzzi in camera, che avrebbe potuto essere un valore aggiunto, era inutilizzabile: il tappo non era ermetico e non tratteneva l’acqua, e soprattutto mancava un filtro di depurazione. Questo ci ha costretti a cambiarla ogni due giorni perché diventava melmosa. Una notte siamo rimasti senza corrente e non è stato possibile contattare nessuno: il numero lasciato in reception non parlava inglese e abbiamo dovuto aspettare che un altro ospite, la mattina seguente, chiamasse per noi. In sintesi, un vero peccato: la posizione è ottima e il potenziale c’è, ma la scarsa cura, la mancata manutenzione e la limitata assistenza rendono il soggiorno molto meno piacevole di quanto potrebbe essere.

뷰 하나때문에 예약한건데, 정말 객실 사진과는 너무 다른 컨디션이라 실망이 컸습니다. 벌레도 많고, 에어컨 소음도 정말 컸어요. 침대가 딱딱하고 침구도 여기저기 찢어지고 곰팡이처럼 오염된 부분도 여기저기 발견되서 찜찜하게 자고 나왔네요. 다시는 안갈것 같습니다.
