The hotel is close to subways as well as convenience shops. The room was small but ok for a couple. The only thing is that the a/c fan would make a loud noise at times. But we got use to it. The hotel offers free usage of a washer and dryer!

reservation messed up; address and room type

We went to the address on the reservation, but no reservation was found. Apparently, they have two locations and we were booked on the other. We got the address and went to the other location of about 20 minute driving distance away. The room we were offered was either incorrect type or of different price. Our Taiwanese friend with a car were helping us, fortunately. It could have been much worse.
