The location is nice (about a 30 minute winding road drive from Karuizawa station), but the building is a bit on the older side. Dogs are allowed, and the walls are a bit thin, so when someone walks by outside or the (quite loud) AC unit switches on, expect to hear barking no matter what time it is. The beds are also quite old and not particularly comfortable.

暖かい滞在でした。

一人旅で利用しました。夕食時 気さくに話しかけて下さり嬉しかったです。 部屋も清潔で、毛布もあり寒さ対策がありがたかったです。 お風呂上がりのコーナーに漫画があり、定番から最近のものまでかなり充実しています。 残念だったのは、家族づれの子どもの泣き声と犬が吠え声で静かに過ごせませんでした。お互い端と端の部屋を当てられていたにもかかわらず、音がかなり漏れていました。長時間の運転後で一休みしたかったのですが。。 こればかりは仕方がないですね。

とても清潔なペンション

犬と一緒に泊まれるペンションです。宿泊客も学生集団の1組を除いて4組すべてがワンチャン連れでした。カラオケルームがあったり、漫画ルームがあったり少しレトロな雰囲気でしたが廊下も部屋もきれいに清掃されて、とても快適でした。
