We really enjoyed our stay, staff was very and welcoming. Maria from expedia contacted us before our arrival and helped prepare a surprise for our gender reveal with balloons and a cake. The food at the restaurants was really good, especially the Mexican and Japanese restaurants, they also have activities for kids and adult. Our toddler enjoyed spending time at the baby club as well. We LOVED the property! It was big but plenty of golf carts to take you and also the boats available! We had excellent service with out personal bikers victor and Louie who were top notch. I got yelled at for getting ice (he didn’t really yell but he stated it was his job to get this, haha). Though the property is lovely for a five star hotel, I was expecting more. Have tried three of the restaurants. I don’t know how it’s possible that everyone of the restaurants the food was mediocre. This is Mexico. I’m not expecting mediocre. I’m expecting to be wild for the price that I paid at this hotel. The pool was fine. The room was big attention to detail is lacking. Example they left us two pouches of coffee while we were there for four days what were we supposed to do after the first two days they never brought us more coffee, minor incident like this just made it less enjoyable for what we paid which was a lot.

The area is very family orient. Just didn't like the walking area and the golf cart going same direction because i'm always afraid that i'll get run over by one if not careful and keep watchful.

We had to leave our personal belongings with the staff when we first got there. My Valentino wristlet got stolen. So disappointed! Towels were very old. Room got cleaned only once during our stay and the bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. Food was ok. Good service.
