The unit we stayed at was well kept. Feels new. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The beds were the best part, very comfortable. We had 1 full bath and 1/2 bath that were clean with tons of clean towels and quality brand Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Maine. Thank you Elmwood.

My mother and I recently stayed here for the weekend and we had a wonderful time. Our condo was very clean and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding was soft and cozy. There was coffee for the Keurig, ice in the freezer, books and crossword puzzles in the TV cabinets. The one thing I would change is updating the TV’s. Cable was difficult to navigate and I’m pretty tech savvy. I should have brought my own Roku. Oh and the outdoor and indoor pools were awesome… even in October! We will return!

We were blown away by how clean and homey and spacious our suite was. Truly a home away from home. Bear in mind for those of you who tend to run hot, that there are select AC units in the bedrooms to manage, to keep the place cool in summer. I imagine it gets fairly hot in the common areas without an HVAC system in place. But other than that, if you visit during the cooler months, this shouldn't be a major issue. Likewise there are spare blankets and pillows stored in the closets for the folks who get colder. The full sized kitchen is perfectly adequate for meal preparation. We had a standard coffee maker too. The bathrooms are new and spotless. The drive to the Kennebunks is 20 minutes away. Overall we enjoyed ourselves immensely and would love to come back again in the future!
