This hotel gets 100/10 based on the staff alone! The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good but the staff was AMAZING! I’ve never been to a hotel with staff this polite, friendly and accommodating. Every member of staff we interacted with was just the best! We had the best time in Nashville and highly recommend this hotel. Special shout outs to Lexus and her colleague at the front desk who went above and beyond to try to locate my Amazon package and also gave us the best food recommendations!!
