The room was spacious and nice! Comfy bed! Loved the downstairs environment at the brewery and West Table! Cameron, Mason, Jesse, and Ralph were the best! Only downside was the AC cuts off and it gets a little warm overnight and tub/shower didn’t drain great but overall a great place to stay!

New build out of the Old historic Lubbock Hotel building on Broadway! So easy and convenient to come and go, free parking plentiful and the LBK brewery in the lobby. We found this small goldmine looking for a room during the Texas Tech - BYU weekend what a find! It operates similar to a VRBO entirely online no check in desk in lobby area. Definitely use it again.

A great choice!

We were visiting Lubbock to go to my niece‘s graduation. This is a unique hotel experience with no lobby and no staff other than in the restaurant downstairs. I liked the self check in. It was in a safe neighborhood and our room was clean and quiet. There was a great coffee shop across the street too.
