We had a great stay for one night. Friendly owner. Accommodating to our breakfast time request. Lovely big covered terrace overlooking the sea where to have breakfast and chill. Very responsive to emails previous to stay. Highly recommend it.

Based on the bad reviews I expected a very bad hotel, however it was okay, as long as you don't expect any luxury. The breakfast was okay and the area is very good, the view from the hotel is very nice. However, the staff didn't speak English at all, which was a bit disappointing.

We’ve been in turkey for weeks and stayed in dozens of properties in this price range. This one was by far the worst. Sure it’s well located to the old town, and has a nice view. On the whole it felt dirty, grimy and uncared for. Breakfast was standard. The view was nice, but the quite suburban street outside turned into a racetrack at night. Hardly slept due to the noise of cars racing with loud stereos. Only stayed one night before moving to a better hotel for a better price.

Person serving breakfast was helpful and pleasant but spoke limited English, although did his best to make conversation and offer advice on places to go. Property tired and in need of renovation. Beautiful views over harbour from top floor and balcony marred in the evening by motorbikes and cars roaring up and down the steep hill outside . Housekeeping was non existant. Our room was not cleaned, the waste bin not emptied and sheets and towels were not changed during a 7 day stay . On day 5, we requested that our bath mat be changed but we’re told ‘ tomorrow’ but it was never changed!

The facilities are not as described- information needs checking & updating- no water/ no reception desk/no English spoken . They had no knowledge of our booking and what rooms had been booked. The room smelled of damp & mould. We didn’t use the shower as the electrics looked very suspect. I am more than happy with basic accommodation if it is as described but this was extremely poor. It was however, very convenient for the Rhodes ferry but- as I imagine most travellers would be booking in order to get the ferry, having breakfast starting at 8.30 when check in for the ferry is 7.30 means few people would get breakfast! As we left way before that time I have no idea if there even was breakfast!!! Judging by the lack of knowledge that we were coming & lack of other guests and lack of service in shared areas like the bar…. I would be very surprised

The only thing that liked was location and even that was a stretch. The property was in a shambolic state, cleanliness was shocking, room small and dinghy, fixings was falling off, AC picked and choosed when wanted to work, had hot water room off a room directly over my tiled stairs to room, so made both a slip and scolding hazard. The stairs to my room wasnt level, the walk way to room was all overgrown and entrance area was filled with tatty furniture aswell as many damaged fittings. This is definitely not a property for comfort of cleanliness and even the costing after staying here i now feel was fair to high for the standards of the property.

Malesef her acidan kotu bir deneyimdi. Nevresimlerin hepsi kirli, odalarda karincalar geziyor. Kahvaltida sadece yumurta, domates, zeytin, bir dilim peynir ve kutu bal verildi. Yataklar o kadar rahatsiz ki malesef uyuyamadik. Interneti de kullanamadik.

Formiche alla riscossa!

Dispiace dover fare una recensione negativa ma purtroppo dal momento dell’arrivo abbiamo riscontrato poca pulizia, il bagno aveva muffa, fili elettrici a ridosso della doccia, il secchio arrugginito e senza bustina, un mucchio di capelli che bloccava lo scarico della doccia. La persona all’accettazione clienti non era interessato ai nostri problemi in quanto troppo occupato a seguire la partita sul cellulare e lo abbiamo dovuto chiamare ben 4 volte. In camera, sui comodini, sui letti e in bagno abbiamo avuto file indiane di formiche per tutti i due giorni. Wifi bassissimo e mini frigo in camera che non raffreddava nulla. A colazione mi sono permesso di chiedere un caffè e del latte e la risposta è stata “domani”. Peccato perché un edificio potenzialmente bello se curato, a due passi dalla Marina.

Erst einmal die positiven Punkte. - zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhige Gegend - hilfsbereites Personal - wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer Jetzt leider die negativen Punkte. - Zimmer in einem absolut widerlichen Zustand (konnten nicht ohne Schuhe im Zimmer laufen) - Möbel total herunter gekommen, man hat sich geekelt diese nur zu berühren - dreckige Textilien (haben Bettwäsche extra wechseln lassen, trotzdem waren unendlich viele Flecken drauf), bei den Handtüchern haben wir es aufgegeben und einfach nicht genutzt, stattdessen haben wir uns an der Luft trocknen lassen. - Geräusche sind durch das gesamte Hotel zu hören, welche nachts extrem und laut sind. Fazit: es könnte ein sehr schönes und süßes Hotel sein, wenn man diesem einfach ein kleines bisschen Aufmerksamkeit schenkt und bisschen aufbessert. Aktuell könnte es ein Hotel aus einem schlechten Horrorfilm sein.
