There were so many dead ants all over the bathroom and living room.... Tv is about 30 years old .... The only thing clean (I'm hoping) were the bed sheets.... Never again. Never never never

Posizione soprattutto a 30 secondi da soho square. Il cibo è vario e il personale gentile e disponibile, anche se gli asciugamani per la piscina erano sempre finiti!

Every thing was good the location is perfect, all kinds of services( supermarket, pharmacy, banks,...).
The anination team really makes it special.

Stort resort. Eneste dansker blandt hundredvis af russere, hvilket os var ok. Dejluge store pools. Kæmpe store mad buffeter med hav af valgmuligheder, men interessen var begrænset. Dejlig morgen omeletten. Ligger laaaangt ude. Ok value for pengene. Havde lidt gammel, mørkt værelse uden udemulighed.. Men nu sidder jeg jo alligevel ikke på værelse hele dag. Dejligt hårde senge.

The service is terrible
The concept of customer service does not exist in them. They are not willing to do what you want but are always what they decided you should do
A few examples
In the morning room service arrived and we said there was no need to clean the room and just bring us new towels and that was it
It took 10 hours for the towels to arrive, after 6-7 calls
You can not take fruit for example in the dining room but only what is already cut on the table. And it looks very bad. Like something someone has already eaten
The room is very outdated for at least 20 years of use
The shower has rust
And on the verandas of pigeons
The service in a big way is ignoring what you are asking for and instructing what you need to do
On check-out they asked for the towel cards given to us
We were 4 people who received a total of 2 towel tickets and at the time we were asked to return 4 tickets or were charged $ 15 per ticket
We explained that we never received tickets and even offered to check with the reception cameras if this was indeed the case
Why should we prove their mistakes?
After a tedious argument and a delay of about fifteen minutes, they let us go and thank God
So never again!
